Civil Service Day today- PM Modi will give Excellence Award for excellence in public administration



On the Civil Service Day, PM Modi will address the Civil Servants and provide prizes for excellence in this field.

Today is the Civil Service Day, Prime Minister Narendra Modi will present the award for excellence in the field of Public Administration in Vigyan Bhawan, in New Delhi today. All these awards will be given for excellent innovation and its effective implementation identified by district units and other central or state organizations. On this occasion, PM Modi will address the Civil Servants. Four primary programs were identified for these awards:

Pharma Faisal Insurance Scheme

Promoting digital payment

Prime housing scheme? urban and rural

Dine Dayal Upadhyaya Rural Skill Scheme


Apart from this, awards will also be given for the innovation done by the central and state organizations, including the districts. The 11 awards will be given for the four primary programs identified. During this period, the Prime Minister will release two books. In the book ‘New Pathway’, there is a collection of success stories on the implementation of these identified programs and the implementation of innovations. While the second book is ‘Aspirational Districts: Unlocking Potential’ which describes the strategies of the developing districts.

President Kovind tweeted congratulations


President Ram Nath Kovind has greeted all civil servants and their families on Civil Service Day. In a tweet, the President wrote, “Congratulations to the former and the present civil servants and their families on the day of the Civil Service Day, I am confident that our hardworking civil servants will devote themselves to the development of India and with the integrity of the citizens, the welfare of the citizens. Will be striving for.
